Weekly Challenge: Write out a list of 100 things you are grateful for at home, school, or work. Read that list 3 times before next week's blog post. See how this changes your mood and attitude.
It is just as easy to write out a list of 100 things you are upset about or grateful for in your life. This doesn't mean you have a great life or a tough life. It means that it is what we choose to focus our mind on, is what generates our feelings about our life. Don't be blown by the winds of life. Instead chart a course towards gratefulness and you will see an improvement in your attitude and overall health.
Attitude makes a huge difference in you ability to train, exercise, and improve your skills in martial arts and in life so get to it. Share this post with friends and family and let them enjoy the benefits of gratitude. Let me know how you feel after a week of gratitude by commenting below.
