BRING A BUDDY WEEK IS NEXT WEEK -

Invite your friends, family, co workers and neighbors to take class with you. This is a great way to get the ones you care about involved in training at Family Martial Arts and gain all the benefits of regular training. We always count it a HONOR to meet anyone you bring...Thank You!

CAR SAFETY TIPS

1. Stay away from places that feel uncomfortable. Trust your gut.
2. Hide your valuables. Don't draw unnecessary attention to your car. Even a mobile phone may attract the wrong type of attention.
3. Lock your doors. Do this as soon as you get in your car.
4. When spotted the red light, stay at least 1 and 1/2 car lengths behind the vehicles in front of you. This allows you to escape quickly and easily if you need to.
5. Look before you get in. Look under your car and inside of it.
6. Pay attention to what or who parked around you. Watch out for unmarked vans, SUVs, or minivans as someone can easily pull you into the car.

Bonus Tips:  Park in well lite areas. If that's not possible choose a large group of people or a open business.

These tips will keep you safe when you are using your car.

Weekly Challenge: Track daily how much time you or your child spend doing something you want to improve. Track your results once a week. If you are not getting the results you want then up the time you spend by 15 to 30 mins. See what result you get next week and repeat. Be sure to consider leveraging you time. For example getting a tutor and studying less time to get better results.
