I just finished up 2009 techniques old school on a heavy bag. Hope you all meet the challenge too. For our younger students shoot for 209. Remember to let me know for stars. See you all on 1/5 when the school reopens.

Happy New Year 2009 to our Sensei, Mrs. Sensei, Mrs. Barna and all the students at the FMA Academy. I was not able to witness and participate in the black belt graduations in December - for I had traveled home to be with my parents, brothers and sisters for the Christmas celebrations. My congratulations to the new black belt holders. I look forward to seeing you in class. Blessings to all for the new year. - Jino
